Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application (the "Application"), created by IPashka (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it. This may include:

  • Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone).
  • Network information (such as IP address) that may be processed by third-party services as part of normal network communication.
  • Identifiers used for analytics and advertising (for example, Android Advertising ID and other advertising/analytics identifiers where available and permitted by device settings and applicable law).
  • App usage data (screens opened, session duration, feature interactions).
  • In-app events (for example: lesson/quizz completion, adding/removing favorite words, opening in-app links).

This information is used to:

  • operate and improve the Application;
  • analyze performance and usage;
  • provide and measure advertisements (if ads are enabled in the Application);
  • prevent fraud and ensure security.

The Application does not request or intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

Location: The Application does not collect precise (GPS) location data.

Advertising (Appodeal)

The Application may display advertisements using Appodeal (see "Third-Party Services"). Advertising partners may collect and use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and technical data to:

  • show ads (including personalized ads where allowed);
  • limit ad frequency;
  • measure ad performance;
  • detect fraud and ensure ad security.

You can often control ad personalization in Android privacy settings (for example, by resetting or limiting the Advertising ID, where supported).

Analytics (Yandex AppMetrica)

The Application uses Yandex AppMetrica to understand how users interact with the Application and to improve the user experience. Analytics may include anonymized or pseudonymized information such as:

  • screen opens;
  • session duration;
  • in-app events (e.g., lesson completion, favorites actions, link clicks).

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, which may collect information (for example, device identifiers and IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Note: Appodeal may integrate multiple advertising networks/partners (mediation). Those partners may also process data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention according to their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing / Disclosure

The Service Provider may share information only in the following cases:

  • with the service providers listed above for analytics and advertising purposes;
  • to comply with law or legal process;
  • to protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or address security issues.

Where possible, the Application uses aggregated and/or pseudonymized data for analytics.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application.

Depending on your device settings, you may also be able to limit ad personalization (e.g., reset/limit Advertising ID) in Android privacy settings.

Data Retention Policy

Automatically collected information is retained by the relevant third-party services for as long as necessary to provide their services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce their policies.

If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your device identifiers (where applicable), you may contact the Service Provider at the email below. The Service Provider will assist within reasonable limits and may redirect you to the relevant third-party provider when required.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Security

The Service Provider uses commercially reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
